Terms of Use (EULA)

By accessing or using UpHire ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using UpHire, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.

UpHire is an AI-powered career platform that provides resume optimization, ATS matching, cover letter generation, voice interview coaching, and job application tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription and free-tier basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at navitruck@tekbh.com

You may not create accounts using automated means or under false pretences. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

UpHire offers Free, Pro, and Career subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle on the web, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play when purchased in the app. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. In-app subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro or Career subscribers. Contact navitruck@tekbh.com within 7 days of your first charge.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading job application materials
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by UpHire Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (resumes, cover letters, etc.). By uploading content, you grant UpHire a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service uses AI to generate resume suggestions, cover letters, interview feedback, and other career-related content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and assistance purposes only
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before use
• UpHire does not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in employment outcomes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

UpHire does not guarantee employment outcomes. We make no representations that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UpHire Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
